Her love of baking combined with three generations of family food professionals provided her with the ultimate opportunity – a chance to create sweet goods with love and passion, containing no preservatives or trans fats and made with only the finest ingredients available. Our Food Philosophy

Bites handmade treats are made with only pure, gourmet ingredients. Using mainly organic products from our sugar, flour, eggs, butter and vanilla to our chocolates which are amongst the finest available – Valrhona, Callebault and Scharffenberger – you are guaranteed a product with the highest cocoa content on the market.
