Q: How do I order from Bites?
A: You may order directly on our website or
by downloading our order form and either faxing it to 310-564-1720
or e-mailing it as an attachment to orders@bitestreats.com |
Q: What is the cut off time
to have orders shipped the same day?
A: Orders placed before 10am PST Monday –
Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after
10am PST will ship the following business day (Friday orders
will be shipped Monday morning). If you are in the Los
Angeles area and would like your item to be delivered via messenger
service you may call

and we will contact you with the final price. |
Q: How do you ship your products?
A: We use DHL for all of our shipping and there
is a choice of overnight, 2 day, 3 day or ground shipping. If
you are outside of California, we recommend that you not choose
ground shipping to ensure freshness as there are no preservatives
used in any of Bites products. |
Q: How long are your expected
shipping times? A: Ground Shipping is anywhere
from 1-6 business days, 2 Day Shipping guarantees delivery by
5:00 pm on the second business day throughout the U.S. and for
Next Day Air you have the choice of your packaging arriving
by 3pm, 12pm or 10:30am the following business day. |
Q: What is the shelf life of
your products? A: The shelf life for our
Cook·es and Brown·es is generally 2-3 days at
room temperature, 1-2 weeks refrigerated and approximately 6
months frozen. Please allow time to reach room temperature before
serving in order to retain proper consistency. |
Q: Do you guarantee that there
will be no damage to the products in shipping? A:
We do not guarantee that there will be no damage to your products
as they are fragile and some may break in shipping, however
if something happens to your products that make them inedible
please contact us at orders@bitestreats.com
or by phone at 866-396-8285 and we will do our best to remedy
the situation. |
Q: Do you customize orders?
A: to get a customized variety of products,
choose our mixed gift box or basket where you can choose up
to 3 flavors of cookies and brownies. to customize our ultimate
gift basket please specify what products you would like included
in our comment box upon checkout. Please contact us by either

customizing your order further. |
Q: What do I do if I have food
allergies? A: Bites does not guarantee
that our products will not cause allergies. Please note that
our products are made in an area that does process nuts. If
you have questions regarding our full ingredient list, please
contact us via e-mail at emily@bitestreats.com
or by phone at 866-396-8285 and we will be happy to provide
you with a complete ingredient list of the product that you
are looking for. |

Q: How do I place an order if
your shopping cart is not working? A: If
our shopping cart is not working for any reason you can email
bites your order, shipping information, and credit card and
billing info to orders@bitestreats.com. Please include how you
would like it shipped and your contact number in case we have
any questions. |

you can place your order over the phone by calling
